BELA Electronic Designs was formed in 1984. Since then our growth has been consistent and the company has developed a strong recognition in the design and manufacturing sectors.
Operating from our purpose built facility in Kempston on the outskirts of Bedford our facilities allow us to develop business opportunities with new and existing customers offering a wide range of processes with flexible manufacturing capacity and technical expertise.
Investment
In late 2009 we continued our investment programme by purchasing a DEK Horizon 03i screen printer fully complementing our Europlacer iineo1 to further expand our capability, providing a more flexible assembly solution for prototypes, fast turnaround, medium and high volume requirements.
Our investment enables us to fulfill areas of contract manufacturing and allows us to compete in the European Community and the world-wide marketplace. We have been accredited to ISO EN 9001 approval since 1993 and have a policy of continuous improvement within the workplace.

Our Guarantee To You

- All manufactured products are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from date of delivery.
- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products and services, please give us the opportunity to rectify them. If we then fall short of your expectations, and we are unable to repair or replace, we promise to refund your purchase price in full.
Conventional Assembly
Our through hole facilities are driven by Blakell LS 5000 light guided assembly workstation, offering maintained repeatability and accuracy.
Mechanical Design
We use Autodesk Inventor for any mechanical design. Throughout the design, we are able to produce stage by stage visualisations for customer approval.
