Our through hole facilities are driven by Blakell LS 5000 light guided assembly workstation, offering maintained repeatability and accuracy. All our operators are fully trained to program the machines via on-line programming.

We pay particular attention to minimising static damage

We use a Cropmatic machine for trimming components legs. We design custom plates for delicate assemblies or highly populated PCBs. Flow soldering is accomplished to IPC-A-610 class 3 standard by a fully trained operator using a Blundell CMS 400 flow solder machine. Our CMS 400 is regularly serviced and calibrated by our maintenance technicians, trained and certified by Blundell.

All assembly benches are fitted with constant monitoring devices, and all staff are trained in static awareness. Straps and leads are checked daily.

BGA Inspection & Assembly

We are always focusing our attention towards our assembly production processes and computer software. With new technologies evolving all the time we have invested in BGA placement rework assembly stations. It allows us to achieve hands free removal and placement of BGA, QFP, PLCC and TQFP components.

This process will compliment our other strict standards and policies that control our component handling, and as a result of this we can further decrease the risk of static damage to components.
