Mechanical Design
Here at BELA we have the facilities to design products to your desired specification. We use Autodesk Inventor for any mechanical design. It is a powerful parametric 3D modelling program that allows us to efficiently make design changes with minimal errors. 2D drawings can be produced directly from the 3D model, accurately detailing the dimensions of the product.
We can also export the 3D models so that they can be used in the direct manufacture of parts. Throughout the design, we are able to produce stage by stage visualisations for customer approval. Your newly designed product can be animated to illustrate its function and how it is assembled and fits together.
Graphics Overlays & Artwork
We have a wide range of experience in graphical design and have the capabilities to provide you with high quality artwork and designs to compliment your product. Some of our graphical design experience includes:
- Vinyl overlays and labels.
- Silkscreen printing.
- Tactile overlays with inbuilt LEDs.
- Chemical milling.

Test Facilities
The test department has the facilities and the equipment to carry out full or partial testing on all manufactured products.
PCB Design
We use Altium Designer, which is a single unified application that incorporates all the technologies and capabilities necessary for complete electronic product development (EPD).
