The Europlacer Flexys 8 SMT machine will compliment the existing Europlacer iineo line. As both systems share the support network of tooling and programming and are as technically competent this addition will offer an increase in both capacity and flexibility further enhancing our reputation for achieving fast deliveries and exceptional service.

The Nordson YESTECH BX12 AOI system with its advanced 5 megapixel colour camera imaging technology will offer PCB inspection with exceptional defect detection coverage. The BX system inspects solder joints and verifies correct part assembly whilst increasing throughput rates and opening up capacity.

BELA purchases a DEK Horizon 03i screen printer

We have continued our investment programme by purchasing a DEK Horizon 03i screen printer fully complementing our Europlacer iineo1 to further expand our capability, providing a more flexible assembly solution for prototypes, fast turnaround, medium and high volume requirements.

Replacing Stuart is Keith Dent. Keith has joined BELA to continue with our technical and production expertise and offer his vast knowledge of process control and manufacturing techniques.

Keith has been in the industry for over 30 years with more than 15 years in EMS and welcomes all customers by offering a transparent and professional manufacturing assembly service.

Keith is 48 and lives in Stevenage with his wife and two children, his hobbies are tennis and if really lucky fishing for Barbel.

With exclusive use of the Europlacer Access4 production line the dedicated team work independently within the factory which ensures there are no disruptions to scheduled production orders.

BELA are committed to offering RoHS compliant and “lead free” manufacturing and are working very closely with our customers to ensure a seamless changeover process in converting BOMs with non compliant parts.

BELA has invested in new equipment to support and provide “lead free” processing and at the same time being able to offer “leaded” processes for customers that are exempt.

Lead free processing has challenged the manufacturing industry but BELA have gained promising results from their controlled processes and have found the quality of products, although visually different, to provide excellent integrity.
