Surface Mount
BELA operate the Europlacer iineo1 platform which offers an extended feeder capacity of 240 and a placement speed of 13,000 components per hour.
Procurement
BELA offers a full procurement and kit preparation service that will manage all your material needs. All components, PCBs, hardware and tooling fixture requirements are supported by our supplier partnerships.
Quality Control
Our Q-Pulse managed quality system drives our traceable manufacturing process and ensures repeatability. We work as standard to IPC-A-610E.
Conventional Assembly
Our through hole facilities are driven by Blakell LS 5000 light guided assembly workstation, offering maintained repeatability and accuracy.
Test Facilities
The test department has the facilities and the equipment to carry out full or partial testing on all manufactured products.
React Plus
Reactplus is a fast track service from BELA offering 2 to 5 day turnarounds as standard. Each Reactplus order is assigned to an individual operator.
